Liskeard Community Hospital

This page has helpful information if your GP surgery has referred you to attend an appointment at the Liskeard primary care hub.

Where is my appointment?

The primary care hub is at Liskeard Community Hospital, Clemo Road, Liskeard, PL14 3XD. The hub is inside the hospital, to the left of reception.

• When you arrive at the hospital, enter through the main entrance.
• At the main reception desk, turn left and please make your way to the seats in the Outpatient Department waiting area.
• You will then be called in to be seen in either Dental Suite Room 1 or Room 2.

If you are arriving by car

You can park for free in the hospital car park.

You should arrive 10 minutes before your appointment to give you time to park and arrive at your appointment.

If you are using public transport

The nearest bus stop is at the hospital and is serviced by the number 74. There are also buses that pass nearby the hospital, including the number 73, 78 and 78A.

Do you need to cancel your appointment?

Please contact your GP surgery to cancel your appointment. This will make sure your appointment time can be used by someone else.

What is a primary care hub?

Brand-new primary care hubs have been set up to enable you to see a health professional more quickly.

The hubs are offering additional appointments for people with minor illness symptoms, and the staff who work in them include advanced practitioners and GPs. 

The hubs are conveniently located across Cornwall, providing more health and care services locally.
