Where is my appointment?
The primary care hub is at Launceston Medical Centre, Landlake Road, Launceston, PL15 9HH.
The building is easily seen towards the end of Landlake Road.
On arrival please report to reception.
If you are arriving by car
There is plenty of free onsite parking.
You should arrive 10 minutes before your appointment to give you time to park and arrive at your appointment.
If you are using public transport
The nearest bus stop is on the Link Road, which is a 2-minute walk.
Do you need to cancel your appointment?
Please contact your GP surgery to cancel your appointment. This will make sure your appointment time can be used by someone else.
What is a primary care hub?
Brand-new primary care hubs have been set up this winter to enable you to see a health professional more quickly.
The hubs are offering additional appointments for people with minor illness symptoms, and the staff who work in them include advanced practitioners and GPs.
The hubs are conveniently located across Cornwall, providing more health and care services locally this winter.
