Cornwall and Isles of Scilly ICB participates in the NHS Federated Data Platform (FDP). Pseudonymised local data from the ICB, processed by the South, Central and West Commissioning Support Unit (SCW CSU), will be ingested into the FDP to support Population Health Management and strategic service planning.
The ICB ensures that this data processing complies with UK GDPR, the Data Access Request Service (DARS) agreement, and relevant Section 251 approvals. Data shared via the FDP is aggregated, pseudonymised, or operational, with stringent controls in place to prevent re-identification.
