Some GP websites are temporarily unavailable

Posted on:

A small number of GP practices in Cornwall and Devon are impacted by a national issue affecting a website supplier.

  • GP services remain open
  • Appointments are unaffected
  • Alternative online consultation routes are available for most affected practices

Ten GP practice websites are currently unavailable in Cornwall and one in Devon.

Alternative online access for patients at affected GP practices

Only the GP practices listed on this page are affected by the current website disruption. If your GP practice is not listed, your website and online consultation services are operating as normal.

Please do not contact your GP practice specifically about this website issue unless you need medical help or have an urgent query.

Updates will be shared through this webpage, your GP practice’s social media channels and telephone messages.
