Pearl’s Stay Well tips

Boost your immunity this winter.

Pearl is one of our Stay Well everyday champions.

She says:

  1. I wash my hands before I eat
  2. I also wash them after I cough or sneeze
  3. My hands need washing after I’ve stroked animals

Washing your hands is one of the easiest ways to protect yourself and others from illnesses and viruses such as flu and coronavirus (COVID-19).

  1. I look out for Lucy by bringing her some home-made cakes
  2. I look out for Colin by bringing in his bins
