Have you had the time to think about how you are feeling through these challenging times? If you are going through a difficult time, you are not alone.

Help is available. We are here to support you with issues affecting your mental health and wellbeing, and help you feel better.

The hub is free and open to all health and social care colleagues and the police. You can self-refer, or refer a colleague with their consent.

Everyone will have an equal opportunity to access our care and support to meet their individual needs. People will not be disadvantaged due to any kind of difference. Our ambition is to be as inclusive, and person centred as possible. We will be sensitive to people’s needs and have the confidence to discuss individuals’ differences to find out how we can best offer care and support.

What is the Kernow Workforce Wellbeing Hub?

Wellbeing support

Our NHS trained team includes wellbeing practitioners and clinical psychologists. We can offer you a clinical assessment and quickly help you get the right support from the right service. We can also signpost you to self-care support. The service is separate and confidential from the organisation you work in.

We can support you with a wide range of mental health issues impacting your life:

  • COVID-related concerns such as long COVID, anxiety or stress caused by the pandemic
  • work-related concerns such as redeployment, moral injury, difficult working conditions and stress
  • emotional wellbeing and concerns, such as exhaustion and burn out, trauma, depression, anxiety and social isolation
  • personal circumstances such as bereavement, relationship issues, lifestyle changes, financial worries, underlying health conditions and physical wellbeing

Now more than ever, it is important to look after our wellbeing. If you are unsure if you need help, or if your concern is big enough, remember no problem is too small.
